Økonomi & Personale
A course business, rebuilt from the ground up.
Økonomi & Personale has run professional courses in HR, payroll, tax and law since 1999. Its old system was replaced with a new website, a complete back office and a newsroom that publishes relevant legal news every weekday, fully automatically.

From catalogue to course certificate.
Upcoming courses on the front page, a catalogue that can be filtered by subject and location, and course pages with instructors, dates, venues and prices. Private customers, companies and public institutions book online and pay by invoice, with EAN for the public sector, or with a discount card.
- Catalogue filtered by subject, place and date
- Invoice, EAN or discount card at checkout
- Certificates and course materials in the customer's profile
Legal news that writes itself, every weekday.
Each weekday an AI agent reads the latest changes in Danish law, finds the one that matters most to the company's courses, and publishes an article about it. The article is illustrated and attached to the relevant courses automatically. Output is deliberately kept to one article a day.
- 01Find
It reviews the day's new laws, bills, rulings and public announcements.
- 02Select
It picks the story that matters most to the course catalogue.
- 03Write
It writes a finished article in Danish, filed under the right subject.
- 04Publish
The article is illustrated, published and shown on the courses it concerns.
Half price, all year.
Company and personal discount cards, valid for one or two years, halve the price of every course. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
- Company cards cover every employee
- Discount applied automatically
Everything the business runs on.
The website and the daily running of the business are handled from one admin area. Content, courses, customers, campaigns and figures can all be changed there, without a developer.
Front page editor
The front page is built from nine blocks that can be switched on or off, edited and reordered, with a live preview of the result.
- Campaign banner, hero, course areas and upcoming courses
- Discount cards, news, testimonials and newsletter
- Changes visible in the preview before they go live
AI email campaigns
Campaigns are written in a chat with Claude. The assistant looks up courses, instructors and news in the database, writes the email from ready-made blocks and builds the audience. Staff review it and press send.
- Course cards filled in from the database
- Audience from Mailchimp, the CRM and course history
- Enrolled participants and opt-outs left out
- Open rates without Apple's automatic opens
Running a course
Everything for a course date in one view: participants, materials and the emails before and after the course.
- Invitations with materials attached
- Certificates and thank-you emails sent in bulk
- Participant list as PDF
Analytics
Revenue and activity for the whole business, compared with the same period last year.

The new system went live alongside the old one.
The company's existing CRM stays in use. Every hour, companies, discount cards and participants are pulled from it into the new system, and the analytics and email campaigns read it directly, so nothing has to be entered twice.
- Hourly sync from the existing CRM
- Analytics and campaigns read the CRM live
The same approach, for other businesses.
A short description of the work to be automated is enough to start the conversation.
