Less time on documents, more time for the work.

Public authorities handle large volumes of documents, consultations and new legislation. Lovguiden already follows more than 2,000 public authorities and bodies, and the same technology can sort, summarise and monitor the material an administration works with.

Where the time goes
  1. 01

Incoming documents have to be read, sorted and routed by hand.

  2. 02

Consultations, bills and new rules have to be followed across ministries and agencies.

  3. 03

Knowledge is scattered across records systems and shared drives and is hard to find again.

What can be automated
01

Sorting and summarising

Incoming documents are read, summarised and routed automatically by subject and area of responsibility.

02

Overview of consultations and bills

New consultations, bills and changes that affect the administration's area are gathered in one overview with short summaries.

03

Search in internal documents

An AI assistant across internal guidelines and decisions that answers with a reference to the specific document.

04

Local operation

Everything can run on local models and in-house infrastructure, so data stays under the authority's control.

Process
  1. 01

    Conversation

The work that takes too long is described, followed by an honest assessment of whether AI and automation can take it over, and roughly how.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A first version on real data, so the result can be seen working before anything larger is committed to.

  3. 03

    Build

The full system, built in short iterations with regular demos, so progress can be followed all the way.

  4. 04

    Operate

Operated and monitored as a service, or handed over with code and documentation to an in-house team.

Questions
Can it run without the cloud?

Yes. Lovguiden's data processing runs locally, and the same setup can run on the authority's own infrastructure.

What about GDPR?

Personal data can be processed on in-house servers with local models. The framework for the processing is agreed before anything is built.

How does it start?

With a scoped prototype on real data, so the value can be assessed before anything larger is decided.

Contact

The same approach, for the public sector.

A short description of the task is enough to start the conversation.
